PConic will provide 60 days of full warranty on all hardware and software sold to the client. Within these 60 days the client will also be provided with free tutorials and training regarding the software and the hardware upon request. PConic will attempt to resolve all issues via Remote Support. If this is not possible, then a PConic representative will be sent to the client’s location noted on this contract. PConic will respond to all issues received via Phone, Email, or letters within twenty four (24) hours. PConic will provide limited warranty on all the equipments it sells to the client for one year after the equipments have been installed. The term of the limited warranty starts once the full warranty has been expired. PConic Limited Warranty covers the cost of repair and/or replacement of the equipments sold to the client only. Extra charges for labor, installation, shipping and handling may apply. Full and limited warranties will cover the cost of replacement or repair of the sold equipment as long as the equipment has not been tampered with or undergone changes and/or modifications unauthorized by PConic. Theft, fire, water damage, electric surge, abuse, acts of nature and/or other such occurrences resulting from the negligence in protection by the client are not covered by PConic warranty. Replacing of faulty equipment(s) may take up to fifteen (15) days.
PConic shall not be responsible for the client’s failure to follow normal processing procedures nor be responsible for software applications that it did not originally load into the terminal or changes and/or additions made by others.
